Hyde Park United Methodist is a Welcoming Congregation, officially recognized as such by the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church. The church, which celebrated its 110th anniversary in 2009, has approximately 2,000 members. 

The church offers a full range of services to its members, and the community we serve. Our Sunday services embrace both traditional and contemporary worship. But the real focus here is on discipleship and walking in the way of our Lord, Jesus Christ. To that end, members are involved in many small group activities including Bible study, missions and outreach, and care and support ministries, as well as dynamic children's  and youth programs.
